In order to stimulate in-depth scientific discussion, either photograph or audio/video recording are strictly prohibited during the session.
Information for Oral Presenters
Presentation time is 30/20 minutes for each invited/regular talk, including discussion. For the presentation, only a video projector through PC is available. Each presenter is requested to bring his/her presented file to the session room by USB memory stick, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, prior to the session start.
Information for Poster Presenters
Presentation time for each poster session is 135 minutes. Each presenter is requested to post presented materials from the beginning of each session till the end of the technical session on that day. They must be removed by coffee break time in the morning of the following day. A poster board with the size of W1800×H2100 mm is prepared for each presentation. On a poster board, a poster presentation number will be posted in advance, and a space of 150×150mm will be reserved for a photograph of the presenter. Each poster presenter is requested to bring his/her portrait to be posted there. Presenters with an odd/even presentation number are requested to stand at their poster board during the former/latter half of each poster session.
Invited Posters
At conference, several invited poster presentations will be arranged. They are invited presentations with high quality, judged by Technical Program Committee to be more appropriate for poster style than oral presentation. A brief introduction of 3min will be scheduled at the end of the morning oral session related for each invited poster presentation. For each presenter, a larger area with projector/ screen/ table and chairs for audience are provided in addition to a regular poster board. The presenter is able to and expected to use these facilities freely, in order to have better presentation to audience.
The official language is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials. Authors are expected to present their papers in person at the conference. If authors cannot attend or wish to withdraw their paper, the technical program chair must be notified well in advance at the following address:
