Instructions for Submission of Revised Manuscript

Please prepare the revised manuscript, taking account of the comments provided on the Referee Report AND the Editorial Evaluation Form.
Please submit a Microsoft Word File (not PDF file) of your revised manuscript through the same on- line paper submission system. (ID and password are the same as your previous submissions.)

1. This deadline will be taken seriously in order to ensure rapid publication of the Proceedings.
2. The papers which were not presented at the conference can not be included in the Proceedings.
