Fees and Registration
Advanced registration is strongly encouraged for quick pick-up ofregistration materials and for your own convenience. The deadline for early-registration is September 14, 2007. After September 14, 2007, registration will be processed only at the late-registration rates. The deadline of advanced registration by on-line is October 1, 2007. The registration fees are as follows:

The registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions and a copy of the conference proceedings. An additional copy of the conference proceedings may be purchased for ¥12,000.
Method of Registration and Payment
On-line registration can be done at Registration and hotel reservation page until October 1. Though on-site registration is also available, on-line registration is highly recommended.
Registration and payment are handled by JTB Western Japan, the official travel agency for the conference. All payments for on-line registration should be made in Japanese yen (¥) by credit card. The following credit cards are acceptable:
American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard and VISA.
Since payment by credit card will be handled by JTB, your credit card statement will show JTB as the payee. If you have any questions about registration or payment, please contact JTB.
Registration and hotel reservation page
NOTICE: Special-rate hotel rooms which appear in the Registration and Hotel reservation pages will be reserved for the convenience of ICSCRM 2007 registrants only.
Participants without registration (e.g. non-registered exhibitors for the Company exhibition) are kindly requested to reserve their rooms (regular room rate) directly to the hotels, not through the Web site.
Registration Desk
Registration desk will open in Otsu Prince Hotel Convention Hall, 1st floor, at 15:00-17:00 on October 14, and from 8:00 till the beginning of final session of each day on October 15-19, 2007.
Cancellation Policy
Registration Fee
Cancellation of your conference registration can be made via ´Registration and hotel reservation page.´ A cancellation processing charge of ¥5,000 will be deducted from the refund. We regret that no refunds can be made after September 15, 2007.
