The International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials
(ICSCRM) has become a globally renowned forum for discussions on the
latest research results and the state
of the art for wide bandgap semiconductors.
Wide bandgap semiconductors like silicon carbide, gallium
nitride and diamond, featuring a bandgap twice as wide as
that of silicon, are promising materials for application as
ultra-low-loss power switching devices, ultraviolet sources
and high-power microwave sources.
The conference aims to facilitate exchanges of information among people
involved in theory, material characterization, fabrication processes and
devices, among other fields.
